Features

Everything you need for the day

Built for the way homeschool families actually log learning — not for a scoreboard.

Today

Today sits front and center

Open the app and log today's learning right away. The thing you do most is the first thing you see.

  • A child switcher with colorful avatars so you always know who you are logging for.
  • Write a sentence, use the form, or check off today's list.
  • Daily lists are earned after real logging — not during onboarding.
  • A period-ready card appears on Today when enough activity exists.
The Today screen, showing a child selector and today's list of math, English, and Bible activities.

Log

Log the way you actually teach

From Add, choose how you want to capture the moment. Scan, photo, and import live in the logger.

  • Write a description and let the app match a subject.
  • Use the form when you want subject, time, and notes.
  • Log the remaining items on today's list in one pass.
  • Attach one activity to several children when you taught them together.

Journal

Journal instead of extra tabs

Calendar and Gallery are now Journal. Scroll month by month through what you logged.

  • A month timeline of activities with an evidence filter.
  • Photos and worksheet scans live with the activity. They are stored in the cloud with your account.
  • Those logs follow your account, so they are there on every device you sign in on.
The Journal screen, showing a museum visit with photos, duration, and a month timeline of earlier activities.

Family

Family is one hub per child

Tap a child for progress, gradebook, attendance, and their profile — without hunting through menus.

  • See activity counts and school days at a glance.
  • Charts by weekday and subject when you want the bigger picture.
  • Identity colors follow each child through the app.

Records

Records that build themselves

Every log feeds an organized record. Read a summary in the app first. Email or share when you are ready.

  • The school-year window opens automatically so you can start logging today.
  • Optional attendance day goal — not presented as a state requirement.
  • Paint attendance onto dates instead of tapping through each one.
  • First send confirms the child, date range, and whether photos are included.
  • Automatic future emails are opt-in only.
Attendance for the month and a records card to browse activities or generate a report.

Comfort and privacy

  • Your family, logs, activity photos, and worksheet scans are stored in the cloud with your account.
  • Child photos you take for avatars stay on that phone.
  • Records that build as you go are built in the app. They are not stored in the cloud.
  • Sign in on another device and your logs are there.
  • Dark mode for parents.
  • Guided ? tours on Today, Family, and Journal whenever you want a refresher.
  • No streaks, badges, or gamification.
