Journal instead of extra tabs
Calendar and Gallery are now Journal. Scroll month by month through what you logged.
- A month timeline of activities with an evidence filter.
- Photos and worksheet scans live with the activity. They are stored in the cloud with your account.
- Those logs follow your account, so they are there on every device you sign in on.
Family
Family is one hub per child
Tap a child for progress, gradebook, attendance, and their profile — without hunting through menus.

- Charts by weekday and subject when you want the bigger picture.
- Identity colors follow each child through the app.
Records
Records that build themselves
Every log feeds an organized record. Read a summary in the app first. Email or share when you are ready.
- The school-year window opens automatically so you can start logging today.
- Optional attendance day goal — not presented as a state requirement.
- Paint attendance onto dates instead of tapping through each one.
- First send confirms the child, date range, and whether photos are included.
- Automatic future emails are opt-in only.
Comfort and privacy

- Child photos you take for avatars stay on that phone.
